there is a Langley that is a sub-burb of the city of Vancouver. Like almost every place on earth, it has it's good areas and nasty areas. It's a growing community, that has both residential and rural parts to it. I have family members that live in Langley and they quite like it.

I've ever traveled to Langley,Vancouver B.C. Canada.
It's a nice safe and a quiet place.

My feeling is it's different from downtown Vancouver and other city such as Richmond,Burnaby,Coquitlam...etc.
Langley is near Surrey, living there is also convenient.
If you want to visit to U.S.A, just drive number 15 highway to the Canada/ America border and not far.

It's sort of the border between the hustle and bustle of the GVRD and the somewhat more laid back Fraser Valley. It doesn't smell as bad a Abbotsford or Chilliwack but isn't as crowded and expensive as Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, Coquitlam, etc.

Remember as you get closer to the Straight of Georgia, prices go up exponentially.

If you meeeeeeean Langley BC start packing

eight-hours
Used to be but not too sure now as it has become very crowded since I was there many moons ago. However, if you have to live in langley make sure you look at the amentities and surrounding areas and also the quality of education and schools.

It is not just that close to Windsor by the way though it would appear so on the map. Now if you want a lovely place to live and you can afford it Datchet is very nice though right in the flight path of Heahtrow airport so somewhat noisy, but it is quite close to Windsor..

Iver Heath is another nice place to live thats not far from Pinewood studios where they shoot some of the scenes from the James Bond and Harry Potter movies.
