There is NO age to legally smoke marijuana.. It in itself is still Illegal.

Yes, we have it for 'medical' purposes but it's not doled out like a bottle of Tylenol. You had better prove you need it, after you find a doctor willing to prescribe it (for certain conditions).. and meet the requirements.

No its not legal at any age to smoke or carry Marijuana at any age. However if you are caught by the police and you have 1 joint and are not carrying any weed the police will typically let you go. Legal age for everything else is 19 in Ontario. Some provinces is 18.

Marijuana is not legal to smoke at any age. Medical marijuana is available for certain conditions which is not age specific. This is not just in Ontario, it is in Canada, period.

it's not legal, it's decriminalized for small amounts, meaning ur not going to jail but u will get a fine and u won't have a criminal record

If I were to walk down the street here in Ontario, Canada smoking pot, I would be busted, my pot would be confiscated and I may get a fine, community service, or even jail, depending on how much I had. So I smoke at home or at friends places. Our gov. does not consider pot as dangerous as the US gov. does. Trafficking or growing pot in Canada will get you time in jail or prison, depending on the amount.
Ans yes some pot is bad, if you do not get high it is bad pot!
Also people get pure THC and that can be bad cuz you get a very big high but without the cannibinoids that make the high feel good.
Google pot and pot laws and learn about this incredible plant before you ask any more dumb questions.

Oh well probably azzie rules are different.
Well I think it should be 18 if Canada is a sensible country.
