It's quite simple really and is exactly what it means. Immediate termination means you are no longer an employee of the company and are expected to pack up your things and go...immediately.
Odds are good that they will not want you to come back into the store even to shop, since as a terminated employee you may have a grudge and could cause damage to the store merchandise if you are disgruntled.
If you think that you were terminated without cause, you can bring your case before a employment review board in your province, but generally I would not recommend that unless you have a very strong case, witnesses, and such. Depending on what you did to deserve termination, they usually have the high-priced lawyers and the paperwork to back up why they fired you. |

Clean out your locker and leave. Seems pretty simple to me.
If you feel you were terminated improperly then contact the Labour Relations Board in your Province. Otherwise, get a new job and don't muck that one up. |

the first procedure you do is leave. then start looking for another job.
you can file for unemployment but if the fired you for behavior reasons its not likely that you will get it.(Unless you had not been written up) |

I see from your other posted questions that you were on the schedule, and didn't show up for work, nor did you call in, so you short staffed them. If you have been there less than 3 months, or have previous offenses, yes, they can fire you on the spot. |

I was fired the day I gave my two-weeks notice and I was escorted out by the area manager after cleaning out my locker. On the way out I flipped off everyone I didn't like! |
