Yes it is Hot, and it is Humid.
But, the point is that it is not freaking, freezing, bone chilling..

(about 75 to low 90s Fairenheit)

28 degrees Celsius is probably the average.

In other words, its HOT.

For comparisons sake, New York temperatures are pretty close.
