Unfortunately a lot of places won't hire until you turn 16.

However, the fast food places can hire at 12 and will hire often at around 14 so those are the places to start with. McD's, coffee shops, A&W, etc.

Fast food restaurants, coffee shops, super markets, babysitting, dog walking, animal sitting, clothing stores, almost any store in any mall.

Good luck!

Just my opinion

At 14 you can pretty much work ANYWHERE you like. I don't agree with this but you can even work in a place that serves liquor at the age of 12.

Apply at your local Real Canadian Super Store or Canadian Tire. They are always looking for help!! I'd suggest staying away from fast food restaurants though.
