That must be today's best question

Combat Baby
There's homeless people all over Vancouver.
Mainly on the Eastside and downtown.

Q&A
On the street hence the term "homeless"

They live on the streets, in parks, in playgrounds, under bridges - anyplace where they can park their grocery carts and hopefully find a little shelter from the rain. It's a gruelling and discouraging existance.

On East Hastings. LOTS of junkies. If you are ever near them though, don't act scared, they pick up on that. Act strong and confident and they will leave you alone. They seem to migrate everywhere, except CHINA TOWN, which is the next block parallel to hastings (Chinese gangs are crazy there). They like to go into gas town where there are a lot of tourists because of the cruise ships that come in on water street. But most of them are on Hastings street, since there are a lot of free food giveaways, cheap crack hole rent, lots of dirty ally ways, tonnes of pawn shops to sell stolen goods to and there was once a methadone clinic. It's a scary place for those of us who don't use drugs, because they see someone who looks normal and try to scare you enough to give them money to leave you alone!

A lot of them also make their way to Granville street (mostly squeegee kids), to beg for money where normal people actually walk on the streets.

***EDIT:

DONNOT give them spare change. That encourages them to keep asking. Besides, why should you be paying for their dirty habits??? Most of them won't buy food, they will spend it on drugs. Find a quiet old man in the park (maybe veterans park across from the amsterdam cafe) and give him a sandwich and a coke. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER give them money though. EVER.

Main Street and East Hastings Street. If you look it up on Google Earth, you'll see a lot of "dots" there which are the homeless people.

If you type "Main and East Hastings" in Google Search, the first thing you'll see there is "Downtown Eastside". Yeah, its that popular, lol

There are no homeless people in Vancouver, it's an illusion. I've spent all night looking for them. I've only found 2 ppl and they're gone by now. Maybe there's still 1 or 2 still bumming around. Everyone else's couch surfing, which is the best way.

Dead Day Afternoon
The best thing about dating a homeless person is after the date you can just drop them off anywhere.
