Where in Canada is it SOOO cold than in SUMMERtime, you have to plug in your car or it won't start?

I think even Ellesmere Island and the North Pole average close to 0 celsius. But where is there a mountain maybe? Where on the very top of it, it is sooooo cold

that in mid-July it's -49 degrees and you have to plug in your car?

Sorry to tell you this but it gets HOT in the summer in Canada. Even on the glaciers in the mountains it's quite nice. You sure wouldn't have to plug in a car.

(haha) hailey (xo)☆
nowhere and no not vancouver it's rainy not freezing... except like the territories

No where really.

I would guess that if it is that cold in the summer it would have to be at a very high elevation and very north in which case it is unlikely anyone would have an ordinary car or an electrical outlet to plug it into.
Is there a point to this question??
