It depends on where you are crossing. Most border cities have tons of stuff to do. In Ontario, Niagara Falls, Windsor and Sarnia all have night life and casinos if that interests you. If you are looking for festivals or events, try doing a google search for the city you will be in. Most cities have websites with an events schedule that contains major events in the area. |

Quebec city is the coolest. It was founded in 1607 and looks alot like Europe. |

I would say Niagara Falls. The area is very fun for children because there are plenty of arcades there, with the beautiful view of the Falls. for the 19 year old, there is a casino there, and a few nice bars and clubs! In Canada, 19 is the legal age. I would highly recommend going to the Nightmare's Fear Factory Haunted House. It is absolutely insane. Scary. Hope I helped! |

grand bend (beaches, bars clothes)
banff alberta (mountains, white water rafting, lots of tourisym,)
port stanley (beautfiul, close to grand bend)
toronto (big theme park, water park, sports teams, cn tower: not that good, it's out biggest city)
niagra falls (gambleing, beautiful falls, scary houses, shopping, near toronto)
it depends what you're in to
but on average.. i'd say grand bend
in the winter.. no where to go but banff (or whister, or lake louis) - only if you ski though.. if not.. then winter i'd go with ottawa
ps: i've heard montreal is a crazy city, but i've never been there (in a long time)
victoria brittish columbia is pretty
so is quebec city
but winter.. ya ottawa |

Where in Canada? It's a big country. I know only the east coast, and Montreal best of all. If you're headed there, I'd suggest staying in the Quartier Latin. Lots of bars and cafes full of your age group. You didn't say, so I'm assuming you are "straight" 19 years olds. If not, then a few blocks away from the QL is the Village Gai. It has some inexpensive places to stay, and more nightlife than you can shake a stick at. Whatever you want you can find there. So have fun! |
