Hull, Quebec is actually no longer called Hull. The city and surrounding areas were amalgamated a few years ago and it is now technically known as Gatineau, Quebec. In the area, when you refer to Hull, you are refering to the part of the city of Gatineau that used to be known as Hull (or the Hull sector). When a local is talking about Hull, it is generally the area directly across the Ottawa River from Parliment Hill. |

First of all it's in Canada..., the second largest country in the world...then it's in the province of Quebec, which is the biggest province in Canada. It's situated at the border of Quebec province and Ontario province, near Ottawa, which is the capitol of Canada...A bridge connects both. |

Hull is north of the Ottawa river across the bridges from Ottawa. It is bordered by Gatineau to the east, Aylmer to the west, Chelsea to the north. It is about a 2 hour drive from Montreal Qc. |
