Banff, Alberta and Whistler, BC are beautiful, but EXPENSIVE!!! (And you'd have a tough time getting a reservation for Christmas this late in the year...)
Vancouver, BC is really nice, but there's no guarantee you'd have snow.. I like the idea that one person had of going to Newfoundland... The maritime provinces are out of this world, and the people really are the friendliest you'll ever meet. |

awe, it's so pretty up there. My frind Sarah is from Montreal and we went to http://www.18ktravel.com to find some nice restorts, and vacation pakages. Course she never likes going to her hometown cuz she's seen it all lol so we usually go everywhere else. lol

British Columbia is the best place on earth.They have snow mountain in the north,nice semi-Mediterranean climat in the south, vast prairies.
The people are nice,educated.Very low criminality unlike Montreal,with a huge criminality problem |

i am not in to ski resort. we go camping in Canada; in one of the big park,s the one we love is Algonquin park; 7. 000 mils of woods; bears deer's moose; and the rest;it is not for some fucks i know but then skeining is not; we go off in a canoe; for 2 hrs and then we get to the cabin; and that is kitty cabin on farm lake; i am surrey it Duse not help you, mike |

If you can go to Western Canada, the Delta Lodge in Kananaskis in incredible at Christmas. We've spent a lot of time there in the Christmas season. Beautiful! Right on the eastern edge of the Rockies in Alberta.
Banff is very nice but a little more "touristy". |
