Start by checking these sites to find the schools that meet your needs and go from there. Low prices and good climate do not necessarily go together in Canada, so you may have to compromise. Your best compromise area is probably somewhere in southern Ontario, but not in Toronto as things will be more expensive there. Rent will be cheaper in more rural areas, though you will find cheap rentals in most cities if you can deal with not great housing. Climarte is probably best in Vancouver area, but costs are high. Best of luck with it.

Wow, asking for the world are we? cheap living, try prince george. low rental, try 100 mile house. good climate go for victoria. best universities, depends on what faculty. easy job, depends on what you can do.

I'd say Kelowna, British Columbia, its a beautiful hidden city but its still quite big. Pricing may be on the more higher side, but Canada is pretty much expensive everywhere, espc. BC. The UBC Okanagan (Univercity of British Columbia, Okanagan) is also there so the education is very high. Summer can get up to 40+ celcius and Winter can get below -10 celcius. Not too sure about Jobs, it probobly wouldnt be too much of a prob.

Gotta be Ontario - probably near Toronto, since that is the population center of the whole country. And good schools there too. Also the climate is moderate.

anti luz
Vancouver.

Try any of the East Coast Provinces...Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Prince Edward Island
