i live in canada and you can do great shopping here! there are really great goods in malls! especially wal-mart!

Montreal or Toronto for shopping. Montreal for really good restaurants and culture. The weather is uusally nice in the early to mid 20's. if you go to Montreal walk down Ste Catherines street, Mont Royal, Ste Denis street and upper St Laurent.

west edmonton mall is great if ALL you want to do is shop. you can get a hotel room right in the mall, and everything is right there.
toronto not only has great shopping (queen st w, eaton centre) but has sooooo much more. entertainment, the lakefront, lots of stuff to do.

As for the weather, it is pretty damn hot in summer; last year it was around 35-40 degrees celsius in June.

Definately the West Edmonton Mall. Or visit the many outlet malls around the palce. I found the clothing outlet mall in Calgary was dirt cheap!!
If you go to the West Edmonton Mall ... plan a good few days, and take your swim suit and your roller coaster screaming voice ... awesome place!! So much more than just shopping!! Visit the Xmas store if you go there, just above the sea lion show!!
And in June .... would be around 20 - 30 degrees celcius ... with the rare 30 - 35 day
