Did you mean where should you go on vacation, or where should go in terms of moving?
For a vacation, I would suggest Vancouver. It's a thriving tourist city and has many activities and sight-seeing opportunities to offer, even if the weather is something that takes some getting used to.
For a place to live and work, Edmonton is your best bet. If you're breathing, you can get a job within a week in Edmonton. Plus, there's a very good public transportation system. Last I heard, however, it was still the homocide capital of Canada...

depends on what kind of scenery you like. vancouver is a cross between city metro and woodsy outdoors. edmonton and calgary are both experiencing a boom right now so for jobs they're pretty good. calgary is closer to the mountains than jasper though |

of those 3, Vancouver - by far.
As far as best in Canada, both Vancouver and Montreal are strong contenders; each has strengths the other lacks. |

I personally love Calgary! We are in an economic boom, jobs everywhere, the mountains are right next door.
The only problem here is housing. You must find housing before you come. Jobs are not a problem. |

First pick would be Vancouver...beautiful city, ocean AND mountians, mild weather (for Canada), cool vibe.
Calgary's a nice city as well...close to the mountains, booming economy.
Edmonton's not bad, nothing really impressive about it but it also has a booming economy. |
