Which Canadian city has the best climate?

Pichi
Vancouver, Victoria, and Nanaimo ...
all in southern British Columbia, the latter two on Vancouver Island.

For year round climate, somewhat temperate, neither too cold in winter or too hot in summer. Rains more than some other places, but it's not so bad.

If best climate means warm it would be Vancouver and Victoria in British Columbia

Keep in mind that cold weather doesn't necessarily means bad weather, if you learn to enjoy the winter you'll be very happy living somewhere else

I live in Montreal, it's like -21 today but I didn't feel cold and I went to walk outside, why? because I wear proper clothes, also your body gets used to it and after that you'll be surprised that you may be sweating at 0 Celsius!!!

Usually Vancouver, British Columbia. It's very mild there and fairly consistent.

Where I live, in Ontario, the temp ranges from 30C to -45C. Higher if you add in Humidex and Wind Chill. If you like variety, Cottage country is the place for you!

BC is the most temperate, but Toronto gets the hottest. So it depends on what you are looking for i guess

fatsausage
Victoria, British Columbia

You are such a dill, Bill.
You should ask questions about the weather instead.
