Any place in Canada is pleasant if you bring your culture and accept that of the others. That being said, I am partial to Vancouver because of the lifestyle and the mix of people.
If you can, take a vacation or trip (when I first came to Canada I took the train across the country from Hamilton to Vancouver). Take a guided tour to see some basic parts. Make friends in business and private, talk to them. Read the real estate papers (even on-line). Look at community web-pages.
See different locations, decide if you are looking for a city lifestyle or a rural lifestyle. Of course it may depend on your job or business. Many immigrants are happy in the remote locations often catering to build local industry or contribute to tourism.
Some are more comfortable if surrounded by their countrymen and culture (then why are you moving to Canada? :D).
Only you can judge it based on your own wishes and expectations.
Wishing you success. |

Yes, definitely Vancouver. It is the place that has the most number of Asian people in all of Canada. There's all types of Asian markets, restaurants, neighborhoods, etc. |

Vancouver, no other contenders. Well, unless you're from Pakistan, then Toronto's good. |

It's a toss up between Toronto and Vancouver. For my money, though, I'd say Vancouver as it has a very large Asian population there! |
