They are all great.
I live in Toronto and there is lots to do here, but i like the culture in Montreal.
My choice is still Vancouver.
I love to be on the train there and see the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. |

Toronto. I've been to Toronto and Montreal both great cities.
Never been to Quebec; as I've heard some very negative things as to English vs French.
have a super time whichever city you go to |

Québec City is the most interesting because of the old fortifications, plaines d'abraham, etc. Old Québec is really nice you almost think you're back in the 1700's because of the cobblestoned streets. There is no other place like it! |

All are wonderful and have different attractions so it depends on what you like. My choice? Quebec.
Enjoy your choice. |

Quebec, Montreal, Toronto. I like Old Quebec the best. So, I'd choose Quebec. Have a great time. |

Although Toronto does have its charm, I would go to Montreal and Quebec - both cities offer a wonderful mix of old European and modern North American cultural and architectural influences. The cities are within 2 1/2 hours drive from each other so if you want you can make one or the other a day trip. Of the two, Quebec boasts more of the old world feel (fortified city of Vieux Quebec, Château Frontenac, Plaines d'Abraham, etc.) As well, if you go in the summer, both cities are alive with numerous cultural festivals (most notably the jazz festival in Montreal). If you are brave enough to go in winter, then Quebec City hosts the world-renowned Winter Carnaval in February. I suggest you look at this site for more information on "la belle province" (It's in English):
