One of the best universities in Canada with anything to do with medicine would most definitely be the University of Saskatchewan. It is world renowned for it's research in cancer and developing drugs to fight other diseases.

Probably UofT

but the cost of living - if you get shared accomodations, then maybe $500 in rent/mo + $500 in food - so around $1000 maybe? If you get help from parents you might be able to do it for less. The cheapest you could probably do it is $800 a month.

Canada doesn't have many open spots for doctors from other places. But if I were you I would go to the college pharmacy in Toronto.

The College of Pharmacy in Toronto.

The one I recommend is Queens University. It's located in Kingston, Ontario and it would be less expensive to live there than in Toronto. The Rent is less in Kingston, Ontario. Also Queens University is one of the best Universities in Ontario with an excellent reputation.
Look into Queens Universtiy.
