The only parts of Canada where we do not see extreme lows and highs is southern British Columbia.
Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, and Kamloops all have a reasonable changing season, but no really bad lows or highs to deal with, at least not regularly.
The rest of Canada pretty much gets lots of snow, the prairies get extreme cold (record breaking -50C in Saskatoon last week with the wind chill factor!) and many areas get hot humid summers.
But then again, what would be the fun in living in a place if it was always 22C and sunny? Variety is the spice of life !

Victoria or Vancouver are less cold but you will have to deal with lots of rain. Honestly, even though it is cold in the winter in other places it really isn't that bad. |
