Toronto is much bigger, cleaner and more fun.
Better jobs too. T.O. is a world class city, Buffalo is not. |

I say Toronto. Although parts of it are not that nice, a lot of my family lives there and they love it. There is lots to do. Now regarding Buffalo, I have never been but what I've heard is not exactly glowing reviews.
Hope this helps! |

There is no comparison to be made, Toronto by a long shot. Quality of life Toronto wins by a huge margin, consistently rated one of the best cities to live in not just in North America, but the world.
Buffalo is dying a slow painful death as we speak while Toronto is growing into a beautiful modern metropolis.
Like I said, no comparison. |

It depends on whether you have permission to live in Canada whether you can consider Toronto. As for Buffalo, you would be better off in West Virginia. At least WV has jobs. |
