Any online travel agent will be able to quote you fares:
http://www.airline-network.co.uk/...
http://www.cheapflights.co.uk/
http://www.ebookers.com/
http://www.expedia.co.uk/default.aspx...
Alternatively visit your nearest Flight Centre: http://www.flightcentre.co.uk/
You may also want to speak to the airlines as well. Air Canada and British AIrways are the two I would start with.

Air Canada

Cheapest I found was on www.airline-network.com and that was £538.48 including tax. To book Toronto-Vancouver with Air canada on its own is £466 with a flight to Toronto only being £386.08 or you can fly direct to Vancouver for £445.98.
Hope that helps

I just did a trip from Heathrow to Vancouver and the ticket on Air Canada was a crazy 600 pounds. Unfortunately at this time of year it's hard to find a good deal. I think Air Canada at about 500 for the Heathrow to Vancouver is the best you'll be able to find for this time of year without more notice. Instead of doing a 3 stop trip you may need to go Van-Tor-Van and home for the best deal.

I did that flight on Air Canada and it was like Air 1980's with old planes and a 2 hour wait for our luggage on our arrival back at Heathrow. They are cheap for a reason.
I ususally book everything with Expedia as they are good value and easy to deal with.
