Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation is Canada's largest pharmacy chain with more than 1000 stores operating under the names Shoppers Drug Mart in nine provinces and two territories and Pharmaprix in Quebec.
Rexall would be either first or second when including the stores under other names that Rexall owns, there are 1,100 in Canada of the following names.
* Rexall Drug Stores
* Pharma Plus
* Rexall Pharma Plus
* The Medicine Shoppe Canada
* Guardian
* I.D.A.
There is also London Drugs, but it is only popular in the western provinces, there is 68 of them going by Wikipedia.

I'm guessing Pharmasave - which serves as a banner for over 400 independently owned pharmacies across Canada.

It would be Shopper's Drug Mart. Although Rexall is getting pretty big now too....

~❤~
