Which of these Ontario cities is the best to live in: Kitchener, Waterloo, London or Guelph?

Which of these cities is the best to live in (in terms of friendliness, class, crime, etc...) and raise a family?

I have lived in all of them, currently in London, it's a nice city, I grew up in Kitchener, went to high school in Waterloo, and University in Guelph. All are nice. London is like a big city with a small town attitude, and the transit system here blows.

None of them...For raising a family, safe environment, and friendliness...there is only one spot : HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA

LONDON

They are all very friendly cities. All are University towns. And the largest and most diverse is London.

Oh, Kitchener and Waterloo are really one city; they amalgamated.

Tough call.

I went to univeristy in KW (kitchener/waterloo), and it's alright. All of them are extremely safe and friendly. Guelph has a bit more of a rural feel to it, despite being a good size city. London is just pure fun with the most to do (its also the biggest out of the three), but it can be crazy due to how much Univeristy of Western Ontario is.

All of them are "University Towns", so lots of partying done downtown (not so much KW has downtown has nothing for the students, so they stick around bars near the campus).
