No pun intended, but you're asking to compare apples and 'oranges'. As much as people think Canada is the 51st state, its not.

i would say vancouver because it has been rated the best city to live in in the world by the UN many many times, plus I don't know which orange county your talking about, I live in Orange County, Florida (ORlando) and its terrible, traffic, hot, more traffic, rude immigrants, and orange county, Ca is good but there is alot of crime, but the great weather makes up for it.

canada if you want free health care. (but i guess it's boring up there since they always comes down here in the US to hang out if you know what i mean....)
