i would say vancouver because it has been rated the best city to live in in the world by the UN many many times, plus I don't know which orange county your talking about, I live in Orange County, Florida (ORlando) and its terrible, traffic, hot, more traffic, rude immigrants, and orange county, Ca is good but there is alot of crime, but the great weather makes up for it. |
