Definitely Vancouver. Richmond, which is within the greater Vancouver district is known as the little china of BC and south Vancouver has a large Indian community as well. |

Most definitely the city of Vancouver and including most of its suburbs. There are many immigrants from South Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the Phillipines. |

You will see ALOT of Asians in the Lower Mainland. Vancouver is a mixture of cultures, Surrey is majorly East-Indians, Richmond is mostly Chinese. But overall, I find there is a greater population of Asians in Vancouver than Victoria. |

The largest concentration of Asians is in the Lower Mainland area, around Vancouver/Richmond/Surrey. Of course, that is where most of the population of BC lives. |
