All four will cover the basics and more so.
They all carry certain brands of goods. They all have their different butcher sections, bakeries and deli meats sections.
I simply go to Save-On-Foods b/c it's closer for me.
Check out Superstore if you want bulk products, toys, electronics, photo finishing, sporting goods and automotive needs and bathroom accessories.
Happy shopping!! |

Superstore is good. Their prices are comparable to the others. |

I go to T&T often, but I also go to superstore, safeway and sometimes save-on-foods. they're all very reasonable. |

Most of the time, I go to Superstore. They sell mostly everything you would want there and for very cheap prices as well.
Save On Food's is more expensive and so is Safeway.
T&T sells more Asian type things, but I go there occasionally.
Another one that is good but isn't really a supermarket is Costco. Go there if you plan on buying bulk because stuff there is really cheap too.
I say for weekly shopping for food and such, go to Superstore and if you want cheap bulk items, go to Costco. |

superstore most reasonable but crowded we do our banking with Presidents Choice You can save on bank charges and get cash back using your atm card check it out. T&T is mostly Asian. Safeway Gives air miles |

I usually go to Superstore, prices are reasonable and the selection is good too. Safeway is decent, while Save-on-Food just looks more upscale. T&T is just fun for those things you just can't find in any other supermarket, such as chicken feet, duck heads, duck feet, among other things. |

The only one i've heard of is Safeway. That's the one I wold trust. They have them in England. |
