I LOVE Niagara Falls. The tunnels were fun. I loved all the water, and the POWER of the water going over the falls. I could watch for hours. |

Went as a kid and am going to Toronto in three weeks time. Might visit the Falls again - might not... would like to but don't have much time and there is also so much other stuff to do. Realy want to take my husband over there (I have family there) so we can do all that kind of stuff together and he's not coming with me with time. |

Went there a few years ago. Did the whole boat ride thing etc. For some reason it made me want to jump in the water... |

I have, last November. I was really disappointed at all the Blackpool type stuff behind it. The falls themselves were wonderful. |

My husband and I took a trip to Niagara Falls about 3 years ago. I had been a few times before. It is amazing. Definitely one of those places you should visit.
We viewed the falls from the Canadian side. (I've never actually seen the falls from the American side, but based on what I have heard, I'm in no rush to do so.) We went on the Maid in the Mist boat (must do), and looked down into the falls from the Visitor Center.
We also checked out the "Flower Clock" in a nearby park (on the Canadian side).
A nice place to go after leaving the falls is the town of Niagara on the Lake (Ontario), about 30 minutes away from the falls. There are quaint shops, restaurants, and hotels/B&Bs/inns.
We'd like to go back again. |

Spent 5 weeks in Guelph, between Toronto and Niagara Falls. Went to visit the Falls in one of the coldest Februarys it had been. The spray caused ice going horizontal from the trees and railings. A wee man was using a wee snow plough to clear the ice off the paths, only caused by the spray.
Skylon Tower view was OK. But best view is by heicopter ride followed by a trip of Toronto.
The town of Niagara Falls looked a bit tacky but Falls were awesome.
Love to go again |

I've been there twice now and I'm going again this September for ten days this time.
I think it's fantastic On holiday drove to Niagara falls...from Toronto and Went on the Maid of the Mist, which is an experience that everyone should do..The sound of falls from only yards away and the tremendous power of the water is awe inspiring and you get very wet. |

Were on holiday in Vermont and drove over to Niagra falls...Went on the Maid of the Mist, which is an experience that everyone should have...The sound of falls from only yards away and the tremendous power of the water is awe inspiring.....
Not much else to see on the American side of the falls..found Niagara itself to be full of cheap motels and a bit shabby..so drove back to Vermont that same day....
Wish I had been on a helicopter ride as well, but cash didn't stretch to that as well. |
