They call it Winterpeg for a reason; it's darn cold!
Winnepeg divers are the worst because they can't get their women out of their snow-pants. |

Unfortunately Winterpeg is frozen for most of the year, and therefore divers find it really hard to ply their trade. |

I've never been to Winnipeg but I have to say that drivers in Richmond, BC have to be worse. Trust me. It's like playing freakin bumper cars. |

You have obviously never been to Alberta. Their driver's are by far worse especially if they are from Calgary!! |

Winnipeg does not have the worst (I assume you meant DRIVERS). As a resident of Winnipeg, I think that Calgary drivers are worse....It's all a matter of opinion.
I would suggest that Winnipeg drivers are probably better than other jurisdictions, for the simple fact that, in spite of the adverse driving conditions, the frequency of accidents must be quite low, because we enjoy the lowest insurance rates in Canada, and possibly, North America. As well, for the mis-informed, Winnipeg winters last approximately 4.5 to 5 months a year....no worse and no better than the rest of Canada.
You can call it Winterpeg...whatever....we get snow, we deal with it...no need for the Army to be called in. LOL |

They get really cocky because there is so much water there compared to other places in Canada, especially it's neighbour, Saskatchewan. |

Hehe Calgary drivers really ARE terrible, but I find Winnipeg drivers to be the most aggressive. Someone jokingly explained it to me as, in the winter its -40, and in the summer there are thousands of mosquitos and its +40, you might be a little angsty! |
