Why can't there be a land USA & Canada BOTH share?

To get in AND to get OUT of this land, you need EITHER a USA Passport OR a Canada Passport.

This land will be somewhere right on the border where Minnesota meets Western Ontario and it will be called....."McHortons"

And this land will be a place where all who live together will get a rich USA and Canadian education, and learn English and French.

And when someone doesn't understand something in this land they will be taught to say "eh huh? eh-huh? eh-huhhh?

And the city will have its own leader known as the PP 'The Prime President'. And there will be MC's "Ministers of Congress." The MCs will have to be also known as "presidents" so we can call the head the Prime President. Very corny.

And the land will be regarded as a 'PROVINCIAL-STATE".

And there will be free healthcare for everyone except we will take the portion of taxes attributable to healthcare and just call it "Your health insurance premium expense." So it's like a compromise.

Is this a good idea? Or do I sound like I'm high on something?

I should say you will learn, English, English, and French.

Americans will have to learn how to speak English. It won't be easy.
