Why i hate Toronto person airport!! do u agree or disagree?

the trolleys at the airport cost $2 to rent but when you go to return it they only give you only 25 cents back!!!
i mean how much money does the airport make of that!

is there a place i can complain to, anyone know??

Yeah, I know . . . it's so frustrating every time when you think that you're going to get $2, but only end up getting a quarter.

I guess that you can make a complaint here:
http://www.gtaa.com/en/contact_us/
There's a list of phone numbers you can call, but, as with any phone customer service, you may have to wait a long time before you speak with any represenvative

u know there is some cost to keep things going
any way if u want to complaint
visit www.gtaa.ca
please do mention in ur complaint ,how can one arrange Toonie cmng from overseas???

joyfulpaints
And STILL you see unattended carts left all over the parking areas... probably because no one can be bothered to walk 12 feet for a quarter. While I was waiting for the hotel bus there, I ran around and returned enough of them to get my money back AND get a cup of coffee...

Meanwhile, in Vancouver airport where the carts are free, people leave them anywhere, including outside the airport. I'll bet it takes 3 full-time employees to round them up - and then try and find one when you need it!

Ya can't win.

Good point, write a letter and then get some other people to sign it the more the better, at the airport where I live they make you pay $5 but they give the whole thing back. Flights already cost more then they should they shouldn't be charging you that much.

James Dean
Carry your luggage to save the $1.25. What's the big deal? They're probably sick of losing their carts.

I agree completely!!!! :-S

When you complain...be sure to spell the airport's name right. I have never even used the carts. No need to. I bring regular sized luggage that I know I can handle; I dont bring weridly shaped luggage that is 20 pounds over the limit and is wrapped tightly with duct tape.

Take it up with the customer service desk or call them, but going there in person is better because then you can't be fobbed off. The airport map is online for you to find the service desk.
