Will Canadian DVD's work in the US?

i was just wondering cuz i bought season 1 of Kenny vs. Spenny from ebay and its coming form Canada... just wanted to know if its gonna work here in US? thanks in advance.

All of North America (Canada AND the U.S.) is DVD Region 1 - so, unless somebody in Canada is selling DVDs imported from overseas, you WILL be able to play them.

Yes, both Canada and the US use the same encoding system for DVD's. If you were to buy one from Europe, Australia, or New Zealand as well as a number of other countries it would not work as they use a different system there.
