nicoles1504
depends on where in canada.
if you are heading to toronto, you wont really need winter wear.
its more closer to summer weather there in september..
maybe bring a few sweaters and some pants but for the most part you should still be able to enjoy shorts and sandals!

No, not really. It will be just like any other city in the fall....

I mean, bring some warmer clothes, sweaters, fall jackets, but don't worry, you will not be snowed in, at least not till late November...

Your question is rather vague? What part of Canada? Southern Ontario will pretty much be the same as Michigan and the surrounding states.

Bring long pants and long sleeve shirts for nighttime.

Anywhere S
NOPE

I LIVE IN TORONTO

ITS USUALLY GREAT AT THAT TIME ITS FALL TIME NEITHER HOT NOR COLD AS PER MY EXPERIENCE OVER THE YEARS

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT OTHER PLACES

BUT ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO CARRY A JACKET WITH YOU USUALLY IN EVENINGS

Ashleigh
Northern Canada (Nunavut, NW Territories): fairly chilly, bring a hat, jacket, and a sweater along with your t-shirts.
Eastern Canada (Maritimes): Cool evenings, bring a jacket.
Ontario/Quebec: Pretty much still summer temperatures.
Central Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta): Cool mornings and evenings, bring a jacket.
Western Canada (BC): Pretty much still summer temperatures, but bring an umbrella or jacket in case of rain.

You bet! Always have warm clothes in the fall season in most North American cities. It gets cold in a hurry in the evenings especially, even if the days are nice and warm.

Above the Arctic circle will be very cold..Take all the clothes you can carry...B.C. will be warm, so will most of the praries, definately Ontario, and likely Quebec and the Maritimes...Check the weather network for the historical temps. of your destination. p.s. Bobcaygeon is always great in Sept.

moglie
Bring a parka, toque and mitts :-) just kidding
It's not always cold in Canada you know.
If you are going to be in Toronto/Ontario region bring pants and sweather, a light jacket for the evenings, it will be fall like weather.
Where are you from?Probaly from one of those Southern States or something like that they never seem to know anything about Canada unless you live in a bordering state.
Watch the news go on the weather network before coming and find out the long range forecast.

I don't think that it will be COLD, but rather cool. Here in Toronto, it's starting to get cooler, and it's getting darker earlier. You should wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt outside and at home, when you're sleeping. (Start bringing the blankets back out too)
