A completely nonsensical question.
There are violent nut cases everywhere but there would be absolutely nothing gained by shooting anything at Canada. There are no strategic reasons to annoy a peaceful country with an all-volunteer military, that would not shoot back at the US knowing that the rockets came from crazy people.

Well, for the US Gov't not to react on Canada's behalf would require such a huge shift in their political system that it would be hard to imagine.

Both countries are democracies and would help each other get rid of the terrorist. Unlike those countries that harbor terrorist like Hamass.

The USA will not tolerate any independent group inside its soil firing rockets at another country. Any such group would be hunted down and destroyed by the US military itself.

Not to mention the USA recognizes Canada's right to exist peacefully unlike the other countries that harbor terrorist like Hamass who do not recognize Israel's right to exist, and refuse to get rid of the terrorist themselves.

So no, Canada will not occupy the USA, because it wouldn't have to nor does it have the means to.

The US would handle it itself rather than have it's neighbor threatened. The US and Canada have always worked together. Both have combated terrorists for each other and together - this would be nothing new.

If this were ever to happen and it won't, Canada would have to take defensive measures against the terrorists and the the USA would also send their military forces to dissolve the terrorist group and end the rockets being fired at Canada.
The only reason the UN would have to get involved is if the US Military itself turned against Canada and supported the terrorists.
This could not in the current circumstances effect the relationship between Canada and the USA, they would work together to stop the terrorists and possibly create a better relationship between the countries.

I'll answer this for you. The U.S. Military would take them out before Canada could fire up it's tanks. Remember, our Military has that Cowboy mentality that libs and lib countries hate. However, when they need our Cowboy mentality military, they love us. Go figure....it doesn't make much sense does it?
