Like any city on the coast, Vancouver is prone to weather systems coming in from China or Siberia and therefore it can rain any time. Normally the end of June early July it is nice and warm with plenty of sunshine.
Vancouver has great beaches such as second Beach, English Bay, Jerico, Wreck Beach and in White Rock on the US border. There is also Boundary Bay in South Delta and Centennial Beach in Tsawwassen. All these beaches are accessibly by bus. |

and YES, I think June is a good time to go to Vanouver... all year round, they have greenery and so many things to do.. and yes they have good beaches, some (from what I remember...) are steps away from downtown haha. I LOVE VANCOUVER |

Excellent time to visit. The rain should have stopped by then....end of June is about when you can start counting on dry weather, and when it's nice, it's really nice. Beaches? English Bay, Kitsilano, Jericho, Spanish Banks, and the well-known nude area at Wreck Beach. In West Vancouver there's Ambleside. All nice. |

always sunny and warm in the summer,but not really hot. (averages about 23 celcius but can get up to 30 on rare occasions)
Great beaches, Jericho and Second Beach are some of my favs. Dont expect the water to be very warm though ;)
(If you want it really hot though you can drive about 5 hours to the Okanogan or really anywhere in the interior,it gets super hot there in the summer.)
But great time to visit. |
