It has been here for about 3 years, that's judging from the oldest account. The people are warm, intelligent, honest and are willing to share their culture, culinary skills,(unique recipes) beautiful music (calypso, soca) their numerous festivities and their wonderful twin islands. plus there is their native language, which is eloquently spoken with pride.

To Mr Boombas, yuh is ah Caribbean man, yu know yuh is welcome like ah memba of de faamli, as long as yuh ave manners an respect.
Me muss know, me is ah Jamaican an me ave me own chair here, juss come wid yuh Grenadian spirit, or put on ah rounds fi everyone.

Other caribbean nationals are welcomed, furthermore anyone is welcome, we Trinis are a friendly, loving bunch.

Local Trinis sometime (unintentionally) torture the foreign Trinis with what they are missing out on!

Great for the tourist who wishes to learn about T&T or get some info on a particular place, person, thing, etc

Don't know how long it has been here really, just stumbled upon it by accident one day. lol.

I love the Trinbagonian section...ah mean, it's a place where we can 'lime' every now and then (even though some dotish people just like to waltz by and moan and groan about our dialect.) But no scene...lots of nice people in here anyway.

Boombas, I am not a Trini either, but I enjoy coming here. I too have roots in the Caribbean (SLU, STX). The people in this section are cool (those from T&T, JA, and other islands). But of course there are haters who come here, but other than that everything is fine.

I am not sure how long the section has been here. I have been in it for a few years and I love it. The regulars in here are like a family and I feel strange when I am away from them.

I jes stumble on it one day when I was idle and now de posse come jes like famaly. Ah have tuh check in wid dem bout every day now tuh make sure everybody ok an ting. Is fuh real de bes lime on de net an everbody welcome. Is one love here.
