well i thought i was d only one. since Saturday evening. one stink headache. i figure is just how d place realll hot eh - becuase if i stay in the office with the ac on its coldest it does ease up a lot. but by the time i go outside, its back on full.

girl is head ache, and it feeling like meh pressure raise, cause my neck hurting, and yeah my whole face feeling heated too. and nothing not helping. I drink realll water, i try all kind of things.

Yesterday was the worse, i almost didnt go to work. i couldnt eat...i slept from wed 6pm to 6am thur. got up and was nausea. i didnt eat anything for the entire day. couldnt even drink water. and right now i find the highest on my AC ent cutting it.

so i waiting on a cure also. PS Excedrin Extra Strenght...make sure yuh could sleep after eh....actually, it keeps some people awake lol.

after about ah week, mine down to an annoying niggle every now and den. but getting your eyes checked is an excellent idea. and stay off the computer.

GO TO THE DOCTOR....actually, after the eye exam, you may not need to get to the doctor.

Where you located again???? dont got Ferreira or Value optical. Been to Ferriera's an is pressure, and every body else who i know who has been to Ferreira has been having a lot of problems with them. if you up in d east try Dalton-Long & Brown (or is it Dalton-Brown and Long) either way.......

whey dread is ah whole pharmacy yuh buy out and use.
But go see de doc eh check blood pressure and do a cholesterol check, that was giving me some serious headaches once.

OK Diabetes type 2 can also cause constant headaches ans well as a dry mouth and a burning sensation on your face. I think you should seek medical attention a headache this long could cause you a stroke. Hope you feel better. Please see your doc.

i feel fuh yuh wit dat headache gyul. i have ah fren who used to have bad headache so too. shse used to had to stay inside an make she room as dark as possible, take two shot ah rum a go an sleep.

YOu need to go see a doc asap! you could have a number of things one being tumors in the brain! See a doc, soon!

Could be indeed a migraine. Do you have a stiff neck too?
Are you sensitive to light is your sense of smell stonger?

Migraines can actually be caused by certain food (allergies) for example red wine, cheeses, chocolate, sugary sweets, licorice, food coloring, also coffee withdrawal.
You may have increased your migraines in trying to combat them. Avoid above foods and toxins. Also too little of sleep in combination with above can trigger migraines.

I take two tablets of Ibuprofen, and take a nap, that usually helps me.
Some bouts of migraines are stonger and linger on, especially when not treated right away.
If you do not see improvement after a day, I would indeed check with a doctor, just for peace of mind.

I get migraines frequently, so I know what yuh mean, girl. Try drinking some chamomile tea. People jump to conclusions and say that you have a tumour. I'm telling you, migraines can last for up to 5 or 6 days especially when you're under a lot of stress (I've experienced that personally). There's no harm in going to a doctor of course (especially if you don't know what's causing the headaches) but Excedrin Migraine also works wonders.

Ah hope yuh feel better soon. A headache is not a nice thing, oui.

get a cool cloth and put it on your head, have some tea...
Continue taking medication, if it doesnt work, go see a doctor

I strongly suggest you buy a plane ticket and go to Trinidad go to the beach and take a good dip in the salt water...if it dont pass go to the airport and buy a ticket and go to Tobago take a good sea bath in Tobago if after that your headache eh pass go to the doctor.....something might be radically wrong with you.

Drink some tea and get some ress if yuh can. Ah tink yuh should go and see de doctor if de Excedrin doh wuk. A fren of mine does get migraines too and she say she does juss wait until it pass, but if it rel bad as it sounding go tuh de doctor and see wha he suggest. Maybe he could give yuh someting stronger dan wha yuh have home. Hope yuh feel better soon.

U might want to go to the doctor and check it out, to rule out a mini stroke or tumor or somethin chic.. for real.. don't play arong wit headaches..get ur bp checked also.. hope u feel better soon :):)

I'm not an expert, but it sounds serious to me. I hope it's not a blood clot. Get it checked out. It's better to be safe than sorry. Being on the computer constantly is not helping it any.

Well if it's a migraine, the only thing that gives me relief (l don't really take any med) is to puke, most times as soon as you do that it's ok. And if you get migraines, stay away from vetsin or anything that has msg/vetsin. Hope you get some relief.
