All-inclusive in Caribbean/Mexico?

Looking for an all-inclusive for 2 adults for one week in the end of August. Looking for a hotel that does not allow children, includes hotel, airfare, drinks and food for around $1,100 or less per person. Thanks!

Any chance you could go the beginning of September and not end of August? The price would be a lot cheaper. You would have a lot more to choose from in your price range plus you could look at other resorts other than adults only because in September there are few families with kids traveling and even if there were a few here and there it's pretty easy to avoid them on a half empty resort.

I know that end of August can be pricey to travel to the Caribbean/Mexico as there's not only demand from those in North America but also an increased demand from Europeans. Those darn Europeans with there eight weeks holidays!!!! :)

Sandals is great for adults-only.

HOWEVER, I HIGHLY suggest BAHIA PRINCIPE, especially BAHIA PRINCIPE AKUMAL. Air Transat offers really cheap packages there, from $900.00/person/week. Those resorts are so amazing, trust me, try Bahia Principe. They've won numerous awards.

I think your best bet for what your saying is Sandals or Superclubs, all-inclusive meaning all your food, drinks, airport transportation, and tips. at sandals there is no tipping, once you get there and they enforce it. Sandals in Jamaica is-running some good deals right now. i think there is like 10-11 sandals and beach's in Jamaica and they offer exchange rights to there other resorts for food, drinks and play. go check www.sandals.com and they have all there resorts around the Caribbean. and remember you don't have to get the best room as all the action is out side any way. i think you will be able to get what your looking for air-resort for that price.Sandals Dunn's River is awesome so is the Whitehouse ones in ochos Rios and the other is outside negril. both are 2 hour bus ride from airport, but it gives you time to see country and have some beers along the way, on there bus. good luck we go back to Jamaica next month can't wait

I am a travel agent and get this one all the time. Sandals is five-star and for couples only. I highly recommend the St. Lucia and Antigua properties.

$1,000 per person for a week? Well, I would try Secrets Capri in the Riveria Maya. As long as you are not diving. Very nice, my clients have loved it. High-class, but they often have deals in the summer.

If you are looking at a budget property, try the Blue Bay property in Cancun that is for adults only. I must tell you, this is a party hearty property though.

Your best bet price-wise? Consult a travel agent. Most sell Apple Vacations. Apple usually has the best pricinig for Mexico and often the Caribbean. Also, many of the wholesalers used by travel agents are offering hurricane guarantees this year.

Please check Apple Vacations or Vacation Express websites for some pretty good deals. Have used both and they are excellent. Hope this helps.
