My wife and I spent one week at Hedonism II in Negril and one week at Hedonism III near Ocho Rios. Both were fantastic experiences. My wife thinks Hedo II (Negril) is more romantic...maybe true. I liked Hedo III because I thought the diving was better. It is more fun than you can imagine. There are nude-sides and prude-sides, but regardless of where you spend the bulk of your time...and many only hang in the prude side ...you will see naked people, so if that is a concern maybe don't go. Some people probably do go a bit crazy, but the truth for most is that all the nudity isn't that big of a deal. Our neighboring resort (Sandels Negril) couldn't possibly been as much fun, because there were little boats with guests from Sandels that were always hanging just off shore of the nude-side. They would just sit in their little boats for hours watching while the nude side was having the real. FUN. The food and entertainment was great & non-stop. Beach combing in Negril was better. Snorkeling in Ochos Rios was better..and romantic as I recall. My wife & I spent hours snorkeling with each other....she is a non-swimmer; in fact terrified of the water, but would hold onto me as we dove. It was very cool.

The staff are fantastic. My guess is that all the resorts have good staff, but the Hedo staff adds zing. They take the time to get to know you during your stay...Some of my great memories include the staff. I scuba dived every day. One day, I passed by the dive shack and heard a "psst...norm...psst". I turned to the sound and one of the dive masters asked me if I would get the crew a beer (guest drinks are all free). I agreed and he handed me a gallon jug. I took the jug up to one of the bars and handed it to the bartender. He didn't miss a beat. He said, "you go tell those guys this is the last one for today."

I would say that that Grand Lido in Negril is the best. There is a family beach and a clothing optional beach, so you have your choice. Right next door is the Hedonism, which can really be fun. You can arrange a day or two in one place and a day or two in another. Or you can just arrange a visit from one to the other.

Hedo in negirl and grand lido is the best do not go to the Hedo in st. ann the staff need training they have no manners
