As a VIP inbound Tour Operator here in the Dominican Republic I recommend a good beach, descend hotel/resort with a all inclusive package, good food, very good rooms with a lot of space and if booked some facilities for the 6 month baby. Gran Ventana Playa Dorada - Puerto Plata.
Lot of activities in and out of the hotel, town is a 10 min ride with a public bus, and so many things to do.

Casa del Campo is an amazing resort i loved it loved it loved it as a child. The rooms are lovely and theres horse back riding, nightly shows and a great pool and lots more stuff! there are great restaurants there too where the food is fantastic. and theres a quaint little town right there with an icecream parlour (more like a cafe) a mexican restaurant and others, and shopping. check it out! |

The barcelo is really good, and so it's the Excellence, their service and food is really good, those are the only ones I can recommend cause those are the only ones i know =/ but I hope i helped a little bit. =) |
