LOL, im sorry, but im not making fun of u, will all the respect, im just so impressed that u actually are asking this question, because its a darn good one. Puerto Rico its all about bad credit. industries over here dont care if u have bad credit, actually if u have a clean credit thats a problem, u have to have bad credit in order for the companies to charge a deposit fee that can cost u 200 bucks or even more, and they will make u a new account, for cell phones, and such things.
u may not qualify for a financial loan, unless its small amounts and a puerto rican company. also there are two kinds of banks, there is the american banks, and the banks from spain, such as bilbao, santander, ect. and there are places called cooperativas which are small banks but with limited advantages, such as no atm services and personal checks, u basically open a savings account or in the checking account u could only deposit and withdrawal money filling out a slip personally(no drive thru service). so no, u dont need to have a good credit to live here, otherwise puerto rico wouldnt be a darn good business island. |
