Trini gyal....NO Water eh! the vision 20/20 only seeing in one eye. You think you bad....I make ah set a bacchanal last year with that water thing......because unlike some people who have Wasa mainline running in they house and no water for days. My parents and most villagers in Biche have no wasa lines at all ...but getting WASA bill and ah see one in me fadder name for over 10,000. Ah tell them...come and disconnect we nah! Is proactive the villagers get..and stop depending on Wasa or the Government to do anything. My parents have bout 15 water tanks in the back...so when rain fall they could have water throughout the year. I tell you...I never even knew what wasa water tasted like cause was rain water we drinking since birth. You think it easy in this place...two years ago...the street lower down from me finally get electricity. Call the regulatory commision and start to complain and write the hot line on the papers and tell them yuh problem. Maybe you might get some attention. Good Luck dey!!

Call into the radio station: i95.5 at this number:622-3937 from about 9:40am Mon-Fri on the programme "Talk with Sharon". It caters to people with community problems and let me tell you, the main problem EVERYDAY is about What-Ah-Setta-*** (WASA)!! People usually get their problems taken care of quickly.
i havent lived permanently in south for a while, but i know that my mom still only get water on certain days of the week.
i remember growing up by my grandparents and they would get water in d pipes hopefully one a week, sometimes a month without pipe borne water. and then when it did come, is d entire neighbourhood by d stand pipes trying to get their tanks and stuff filled up cause it not coming with enough pressure to reach into the house. so 12 or 1 in d mroning is all of us outside by d standpipe trying to full up. and my grandparents were like 60 an 68 eh...you really feel they need to be outside at that time of d night for some water?????
