You don't have to travel all the way to fajardo..You can cacth the airplane @ the Luis MuÃ±oz Marin Airport...it's a very small airplane..sit 6 to 8 people...

OK the # for Vieques Air link in Fajardo is 787-863-3020. Here is the number for Isla nena air service in Fajardo also 787-863-3030. Your best bet is VAL, they have the most flights. Flights from Fajardo to Vieques are about 10 min long.
Now when it comes to the address it's complicated since you are not a local and it's not very easy to explain how to get there since you are not familiar with the area and it's in a rural area. The name of the airport is Diego Jimenez the zip is 00738 and the town is Fajardo(you knew that but just in case). Mapquest it(i did it), this will be better than anyone trying to explain to you how to get there.

If you already have your flight to San Juan the drive to Fajardo is a little less than a hour, go to the marina in Fajardo, where you can catch a ferry to Vieques for about 5 to 7 dollar for adults.

I've flown from Fajardo And from Isla Grande airports. Is a pretty short flight from Fajardo like 15 to 20 minutes. Is a small airplane so its a little scary if it starts raining in the middle of the flight but besides that is pretty enyoyable ride.

I thought I could help but I have no idea. From San Juan would be easier since there are more flights.
Up until recently the island of Vieques was a military island used for bombing. I have been to Puerto Rico being Puerto Rican but Faljardo I have never been to. Try this site.
