I can only direct you to the page below which has a list of Caribbean Islands to click through. There are links to Tourism sites plus ad type links. I get the impression that on some islands there's little to do (or it's too risky) outside the resort which I would find disappointing.

i would suggest beaches all inclusive resorts they are part of sandals and they are truly the best.they have a few different destinations in the caribbean.check them out at www.beaches.com.
