Vodafone doesn't always work in Cuba, if your going to the Cayo's its really hard to get a signal if your in Varedero or Havana you have a bit more luck at getting a signal, I know if you want to ring from reception to home it cost £1 per minuet, leave your mobile at home and have a proper chilled time.
