It's gorgeous and beautiful! The beaches are amazing anytime of the year...but June is beautiful. It is very hot and that's when the summer really starts to pick up in temperature.
The average water temperature is over 27 C and the same is for the air temperature. Humidity is high which is why there is more rainfall in June. But, if and when it rains, it doesn't last long at all.
Don't worry so much about hurricanes. Cuba looks after their own people and their visitors and are very well-prepared for things like this. And the odds of anything serious happening are next to nothing.

Today it is 31C in Ciego de Avila...so it must feel hotter with the humidity. This is perfect beach weather!

It will be hot but beautiful. You will most likely have showers which don't last very long. If you look at the site below there is an almanac so you can check past years. Have a wonderful time.

Quite hot, but when isn't it! I've also heard that there can be tornado's in June, but i'm not sure if that is true because i went there in December/January.
