Anyone recommend...?

Does anyone know of an all-inclusive resort in Barbados where kids are not permitted? Looking to get away on a romantic get-a-way and don't want to be bombarded with little ones.

I went to Barbados in 2004 and stayed at Kings Beach with my 12 year old son. However, just down the road on the West coast was Almond Beach. This consisted of two totally separate resorts - Almond Beach Spa and Almond Beach Village. The Spa resort is adults only, whereas the Village allows children.

The Spa is very swish and really popular so maybe you could check that one out.

Have a great time in Barbados - it's lovely and the people are so friendly. Take the bus downtown for an experience you'll always remember ;)

P.S There are no Sandals in Barbados that I know of and I use them quite often.

I don't know about all-inclusive resorts in Barbados, but just like some of the others have said Sandals is awesome have been there no kids at all watch out though, beach's is owned by Sandals and they do allow kids, i have been to the Dunn's River Resort in Jamaica and words can never describe the way the people treated us, they also a more up scale place called the Plantation, it is also in Jamaica. also try ST. Lucia or the one they have in the Bahama's. no matter unless you have been there, i don't think you can go wrong. if your just going some where to relax with no wild party's or little children. then Sandals is for you, but i will say be careful if looking into Montego Bay Sandals. some of them are a little more party based. you can look at www.Sandals.com

honey

How about renting a villa that is all to yourself? It's more intimate & you have the whole place. Check the Bali Hai.

Went in 2004-2005 over the holidays. Most people were there as couples not many kids at all. The nicest hotel we saw was Sandy Lanes which is were Tiger Woods got married. Also another one but on the East side of the island away from all the touristy stores called "The Crane" or "The Cliff" but cant remember but wow nice and romantic. PS Best vacation ever had; people there are awesome. Have fun
