Are the people of puerto rico warm friendly people or like the people here in the states?

We Puerto Ricans are varied.
By culture we do tend to be more outgoing and friendly but that doesn't mean that there aren't unfriendly characters.

You could say we are more loud, color full and we have a tendency to make a party out of any situation.

So i guess compared to some people in the states we are more friendly but just keep in mind that just like any other place there is a variety.

lol. well here in the island we are warm and friendly, but the ones from new york and other large eastern cities... i dont know about them.

.
Only met one people from there, but he seemed friendly enough.

Sure we are, actually we are very friendly and outgoing.

The mayority of puertorricans living in PR are more warm friendly than the boricuas living at the states or people of the states in general.

I have gone to Puerto Rico twice. The people of the hotels and shops were friendly just like in the United States. In San Juan itself it is not safe for tourists to go out of the Condado area......and only into its downtown area.

To go to the rain forest and other cities on the island we had to stay only on the main roads.

I would say it is just like any area in the US.......you have your good and bad parts, with friendly and unfriendly people towards foreigners.
