Are there any fees associated with travel to Kingston, Jamaica from New York?
I have not traveled outside the US in over 10 years.
I am leaving for Jamaica tomorrow on Air Jamaica, and have my ticket and passport. Are there any additional fees that I will need to pay upon leaving NY or returning to NY?
Actually the other poster is incorrect. You will have a departure fee when leaving Jamaica. Unless it has changed expect $20.00 per person that you pay at the airport before going through security.
May I ask, why are you going to Kingston? Whatever the reason.....just be careful. Kingston is what gives Jamaica it's bad name. Be very alert and aware of your surroundings and just overall be safe.

No fees that are not already in the price of your ticket. As long as you have a passport in order you are in good shape. Enjoy Jamaica Mon!

No there will not be any adittional fees, except for the amount that you will be paying for your bagagges(over wieght) be careful what you carry, item like foods or so.the only thing you will need when re- entering is your passport or prove US citizen card or ID
If you are a visitor none of the above except your documents for re-entry would apply to you.
