Once I came across some women bathing topless by the private beach at Mt Irvine, Tobago. Other than that I think you should just wear a bikini bra that is skimpy, so at least you can sunbathe without getting into trouble and still get a healthy tan if that's what you are looking for.

There are three nude beaches in the island of Tobago -supposedly! I've tried to locate one - with no such luck!!!! Unless you want to risk it on one of our secluded beaches (only access is with a boat) - there will be no law enforcement personnel there!! lol

Public decency laws prevail in Trinidad. You can even get fined for swearing on the radio or in concert and all.... AND if you continue swearing on stage the cops will shut you down.
