I am going to have to say the Grand Cayman Islands is a great place to stay. It's right on the world famous, Seven Mile Beach, which is literally seven miles of beach to sit back and relax. There are other fun activities as well.

Visit Trinidad & Tobago!! I'm a native from there and I can tell you its the best most amazing place to be ever, especially by the beaches. The people there are usually very nice. Probably the only downside is that there is too much crime for a country so small (only around 1.4 million people) but these crimes are most concentrated in Trinidad's capital, Port-of-Spain. Don't let this stop you from visiting though. You will have one of the most memorable, amazing, fun experiences of your life in Trinidad and Tobago and I know what I'm saying because I've experienced it myself! I have been to cuba and dominican a few times. It has amazing beaches and its cheap! All inclusive!
If you just want to lay onthe beach and not do anything else, then you dont need to go to the most expensive resort because they all have the same beach!

You should look at the beautiful Caribbean island of Saint-Jacques del Alises. It's a privately owned island, located southeast of Guadeloupe and Northwest of Dominica. The main industry is the BEAUSEJOUR RESORT and MARINA.. which is an all inclusive resort that is run by the family of Count de Serindan since his death.

Saint-Jacques has arguably the best looking women and guys IN THE CARIBBEAN... and a VERY relaxed code about open sexuality.. half the beaches are even nude beaches.

The island has about 42,000 inhabitants, most are located in the Capital city of Port Plessis, where all the DUTY FREE shops are located.

The BEST PART is... it's the CHEAPEST place to go in the Caribbean. Beausejour Resort and Marina has all beach level rooms and they are only $25 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.. and THAT is about as cheap as you will find anywhere.. especially for an all inclusive resort.

Book early, because they fill up quickly

anguilla all the way, puerto rico and dominican rep. have too much crime, saint martin is dirty, and the virgin islands... hmmm not to bad. all you have to do is search "Shoal bay east" in google images and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
