October is a great month to go to the Bahamas, it's not too hot but still warm and not too rainy. Average highs in the day are in the 80s and average lows at night in the 70s. Go to http://www.bahamasvacationguide.com/weather.html#average
Have a good time.

The weather will be the same in Oct as in May. Have fun!!!

TropicSon
Was there last year the 3rd week in December and it was perfect. 80-85 every day, never rained. I would suspect October would be 85-90 during the day and possibly some rain ocationally becuase of the hurricane season. Don't let that stop you. I have traveled all over the caribbean and Mexico during the hurricane season and it never stopped me once. The chances of being there during a hurricane is slim. Rain usually comes in the afternoon and never lasts long, kinda pretty really.

I have been there in June, July and August. I bet October is really pretty. The first cooler weather is just coming through. Nice. Pack a camera! And some green apples in case you get sea sick.
